Billy (never Bill) was born and raised in Fremont, CA, or as most known, the Bay Area! Billy then attended Sonoma State University where he received his BA in Early Childhood Education. It was at Sonoma State University where Billy dedicated his life to Christ and started to pursue Him daily. He immediately began volunteering with the youth group at his local church. Shortly after graduating college and getting married, Billy and his wife Alison were called to Washington to begin a new chapter in their lives. Upon arrival in WA in 2019, Faith Church welcomed us with open arms and we have been involved with the community since.
