Service Project Ideas

This is a great opportunity to go out and serve in the community. Here is a list of ideas for you to gather together with friends and family and do on December 29th or in the days that follow:

  • Invite friends and neighbors over to watch the Dec. 29th online message, then share a meal together and discuss your takeaways.
  • Host a game night and invite neighbors to join in the fun.
  • Write a letter to a Faith-supported missionary (drop it off at the church office, and we’ll mail it for you).
  • Prepare a meal and deliver it to someone who could use one.
  • Invite someone who is alone to share a meal with you.
  • Make and deliver treats to your neighbors to say "Happy New Year!"
  • Offer to babysit a friend or neighbors kids, so the parents can have a date!
  • Call family or friends you haven't connected with in a while.
  • Prayer walk your neighborhood, Faith Church, local schools

Throughout this Christmas season, we have a special opportunity to support two meaningful missions:

The Babers in Barcelona: Our goal is to raise $20K to fund the internship program at Vila Lliure Church, equipping local leaders to strengthen the ministry for years to come.

Faith Church: Every dollar beyond our $20K goal will go directly toward helping Faith Church meet our $8K weekly need in 2025. This will support us as we become a fully staffed church and continue serving our community.  

Take a look at the chart below to see where we are now and what our need will be in 2025. Our goal is to raise $30K + in December, which will cover the first month of 2025.

In January, we’ll begin a Financial Stewardship Series, where we continue to partner together in maintaining Faith Church's financial health for the future. 

This is a chance to impact both global and local missions. We’re excited to see how God will use our collective generosity to further His kingdom.
