Kent was born and grew up in the Denver area (go Broncos!), and Christ saved him at a young age.  He met his wife LeeAnne at her church in Golden, CO during the summer before they both started engineering school, and they were married at that same church just before their last semester.  They moved to the Phoenix area a few years later for LeeAnne’s job and ended up spending almost 25 years there.  While in Phoenix, God blessed them with two wonderful daughters.  God also provided many opportunities for Kent to grow and serve in their church in Phoenix.  More recently, God brought the family to the Seattle area for Kent’s job.  The big move happened a few months into the pandemic, and Kent and LeeAnne joined Faith Church near the middle of 2021.  Kent enjoys reading science fiction, solving jigsaw puzzles, playing board games, and trying to make useful things with his 3D printer.  He will also bore you to tears if you ask about his job.  Kent is looking forward to serving alongside the other elders to care for Faith Church in the coming years.
